Indigo Stand Up Paddleboards, Co. (Indigo SUP, LLC) was founded by a dream that is now a reality. We are dedicated to designing and building custom paddle boards in Miami, Fl. Our mission is to create a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) that is as unique as each of our customers. While promoting a growing sport that is great for people of all ages and walks of life.
Indigo is committed to bringing SUP from Miami to the masses. Each board is designed and manufactured locally in our shop located in Miami, FL. This gives our customers the unique opportunity to contribute to the design of their custom board. This initial consultation also allows our design team to ask important questions about the expectations and needs of our customer. By designing and manufacturing our entire line of SUP here in the USA, we ensure our customers have direct access to see the progression of their board being made from beginning to end. Our customers can follow the making of their SUP on Instagram and Facebook or just drop by the shop anytime.
We design high quality paddleboards that meet the needs of elite racers, as well as recreational SUP enthusiasts. These boards perform as good as they look.
The lifestyle
Stand-up Paddleboarding is more than just a trend it is a lifestyle. Our Stand Up paddleboards are inspired by our surroundings in South Florida. With the abundance of beaches, canals, waterways and lakes that make it the ideal place for an Indigo-sup. All you have to do is decide which board will meet your needs. You can take your Storm Chaser for a morning sup-surfing session on South beach, cruise the Gables waterway on your Gator recreational board, or test your physical stamina by training for a local race on your Seagull custom race board.
All you have to do is set your goal and we will help guide you the rest of the way. Indigo-sup will create a board that defines your lifestyle and your ambition.
the technology
We are constantly incorporating new technologies and always adjusting our designs and approach to ensure we are on the cutting edge. Our paddleboards are made of high quality EPS foam, using a CAD-design program the foam is hand shaped or CNC cut to our design.
Laminated with highest quality composite materials and all fused using vacuum bagging techniques to obtain a superior bond between the materials, and control excess resin in the laminate, resulting in higher fiber-to-resin ratios.
